From a Random Start to Global Visibility: How One Simple Decision Changed My EdTech Journey...

From a verification letter in 2021 to a thriving community in 2025.

In 2021, I achieved something that may look simple on the surface, but it quietly transformed my professional journey.

Looking at this framed verification letter today, it might appear like just a piece of paper. But for me, it represents the real starting point of Yash Singhal EdTech World.

At that time, I wasn’t chasing scale or visibility. I made a simple decision — to build my online presence with clarity, trust, and accessibility, without shortcuts or paid promotions. I didn’t know it then, but that decision would open doors I never expected.

As my digital presence grew, people began finding my work organically. Students reached out for learning. Clients connected for services. Opportunities arrived without chasing anyone.

A Normal Beginning — No Strategy, Just Curiosity

I didn’t begin as a brand. I started as a normal blogger, learning step by step. I had no clear understanding of branding or visibility. I was simply exploring the digital world and experimenting as I went.

During that phase, I created a Google My Business (GMB) profile almost randomly. There was no grand plan behind it. Coincidentally, the verification PIN arrived on my birthday. It felt special, but I didn’t yet understand its true value.

That single approval changed everything.

How Google My Business Became a Turning Point

Once my Google My Business profile went live, my work became visible where it mattered most — on Google itself.

Slowly, Yash Singhal EdTech World started appearing in searches and local discovery. It felt like having a small business website integrated directly into Google.

What impressed me most about Google My Business was its simplicity and power:

• Direct calls and messaging • Location-based visibility • Trust through Google presence • Easy connection with students and clients

Without spending on ads, my brand visibility increased, my working opportunities expanded, and my education-focused services grew consistently.

The Bigger Lesson Behind the Growth

Over time, this platform helped me achieve multiple milestones across both service and EdTech domains. More importantly, it taught me one lasting truth:

Business can run globally — but only when perseverance meets creativity and consistency.

Success doesn’t always come from perfect planning. Often, it begins with starting small, experimenting honestly, and trusting the process.

What started as a random step became the foundation of my professional growth. Everything I’m building today stands on that decision made years ago.

My Working Mantra

“What started as a random experiment became proof that perseverance and smart use of simple tools can build a brand with global reach.”

This mindset — moving forward without a fixed map but with clear vision — shaped my journey deeply. I’ve shared these real experiences, lessons, and reflections in my book “No Map, Just Vision The Story Behind : Turning 24”. It’s not a guide to success, but a story about finding direction through action.
